It all begins with the mind, and the importance of this can't be overstated. Meet with Jess each week to receive mindset coaching and a progress check-in. This layer of one-on-one accountability ensures you're reaching your goals.
The foundation of the GRIT programming is increasingly difficult monthly missions, spaced over the 3- or 6-month program. These events will force you out of your comfort zone and foster resilience and confidence. Missions give you the chance to face your fears/self-perceived limitations and realize how capable you really are.
The final piece of the transformative GRIT program is the 24-hour misogi mission. This location-based mission will take you to some of the most epic parts of the country for an adventure you'll never forget. Part vacation, part suffer fest, all incredible.

For the last 20 years, Jessica has used adventure to grow, evolve, and overcome personal illness and tragedy. Operation GRIT emerged as a natural combination of her passion for hard physical challenges, knowledge of the outdoors, love for fitness, understanding of human behavior, and coaching experience.
